Pretty disgusting when I bought the house.
Lots of hazarous materials.
Stripped down and insulated after the flood.
Fall/Winter 2013
I tore out the 8-foot ceiling.
Put up a second ceiling just under the old rafters
for wiring and more insulation.
Drywall, plaster, and yellow paint.
Glued down linoleum which was a nightmare.
Built some cubby-hole shelves for shoes, hats, and gloves.
Put up a rod for coats and a high shelf for storage.
And a row of hooks for jackets and coats.
Start the structure for a sink.
Looks good for a scrap counter and $10 sink.
